No one wants the disruption and stress of an employee dispute so our aim is to help you set up easily-implemented, compliant procedures to ensure it does not happen. But if it does, our experienced lawyers will advise you on the best course of action to resolve any dispute as quickly as possible and help you achieve a positive outcome.

How Aktiv Law works for you

Our approach is different to other employment law and health & safety companies. We provide a non-autoroll retainer-based service so you can spread the cost but are not tied in to long contracts.

While enrolled you have instant access to our customer portal where you can find answers to many of your questions along with a comprehensive range of employment templates.

We also provide 24/7 advice from qualified employment law and health and safety specialists. You will have one point of contact who gets to know you and your unique business needs so it’s just like having outsourced staff who are part of  your business.
